Is it possible to wrap hand baggage?
Yes, any type of baggage can be wrapped. Remember, however, that you may be required to open your hand baggage at security checkpoints.
Is it possible to wrap bicycles?
The protective film ensures the protection of all personal items, including bicycles. To find out if the item is included in the insurance coverage, see our terms and conditions of service.
Can a cage with a live animal be wrapped?
No, this is not permitted. We care about the health of our animal friends.
Can I choose the colour of the protective plastic?
No, this is not possible. Green is the distinctive colour used by TrueStar.
Can two bags be wrapped together?
Yes, but the cost of the service is priced per individual unit.
Can I leave my luggage in the sales outlet and collect it later?
Our storage service is not yet available.
My baggage contains fragile items. Can you wrap them in bubble wrap?
Our wrapping service does not currently include the use of plastic bubble wrap. The sales outlet staff will show you the best way to protect the fragile contents of your luggage.
Is wrapping allowed in all countries?
Wrapping is permitted in all countries, with the exception of Israel.
My luggage is not within the measurements required by the wrapping service. What price will be applied?
The sales outlet staff will indicate the price applied to baggage that exceeds the limits of the baggage wrapping machine.
I had to open my luggage to remove excess weight during check-in. Can I repeat the wrapping free of charge?
Once the baggage is wrapped in cannot be repeated for free. Exceptions are made in cases of checks by customs, the airline or the police. Before requesting the wrapping service, make sure that the weight of your luggage does not exceed the limits imposed.
Customs opened my baggage before departure. Can I repeat the wrapping free of charge?
Yes, the service will be offered again for free. An airport public official will have to accompany you.
